Is it me or this game has become unplayable?

Before yall start calling me noob i am a 155 lvl and i played since the day one. Firstly this game was good, not perfect but enjoyable, now all i see are cheaters, (500m lvl 30 sharpshooters) and squeakers in all the damn lobbies. What are your thoughts? Somethimes i cannot just believe that one with an m4 shots 4 bullets and kill you with armor and all.
