Installing Pergo Flooring

Hey Everyone,

I've tried searching the internet for the answer, but was unsuccessful. Im looking to install Pergo floors in my kitchen. Currently there is a linoleum floor and underneath it, what appears to be sheets of wood.

Would I have to put the underlayment down for the Pergo, or would I be able to just put the floor right on top of that wood that is there.
