Stuck at game loading screen

Was playing a spike rush match just fine before, queue'd up for unrated with some friends, and the game is now stuck on the loading screen. I've tried rejoining nonstop and restarted my PC as well, still suck.

The game is also barely using any resources in this state, so seems like something is up. Anybody else having this issue? I know there was a patch recently that might of borked some things for others.
