Seeing ghosts

There have been times in my life where I believe I’ve seen ghosts. A number of occasions have been after waking up in the night and then seeing the ghost of a man/old lady etc. One man was early forty’s crouching down to get to the same level as me asleep I guess and he wasn’t scary. I’ve had a few times where I’ve seen them when fully awake so I’m sure I can see them. If it was just after waking if potentially think it was sleep paralysis. I feel energies in a room massively and get creeped out in some rooms if there’s negative energies. Anyone else like this? I wonder if it’s something to look into. I like the sound of learning about crystals or different things along these lines :-)
