Windows eeeke “error An unexpected error occurred: "EPERM: operation not permitted, copyfile”

Been googling around and found this in various places... it’s related to yarn add or nom installing packages.

Some potential work arounds...

• do actions “as administrator”
• clear npm cache
• make sure you don’t have files open (like an npm module file in a text editor)
• try to close visual studio while you add packages

I’m not sure any of these are working because I don’t have a windows machine to test on and didn’t try setting up a VM yet but thought I’d pose the question here to see if anyone else has ran into this?
