Cyber truck and NJ rebates

So NJ this year made a new bill that if you bought an EV vehicle they would pay an instant $5k rebate, on top of no state sales tax for the purchase and also give you $500 for installing a home charger.

EV vehicle to get the full $5k has to have a 200 mile distance or more battery and if not the amount goes down.

And the vehicle can't cost more than $55k

Dilemma is, buying the Cyber truck, if you wanted the Tri motor that deal goes out the window. If you get the dual motar, with no up front Self driving it comes in under the $55k limit.

Can you add on self driving after purchasing the car?

Are there any federal tax credit left for buying an EV from tesla or are they all gone?

I was thinking of reserving a tri motor with maybe self drive, but the incentives to go with the dual and no self drive off the bat are a good amount. Around $3,400 savings on state tax, $5k off the vehicle and $500 for a charger.

While the 500+ mile range is really fantastic, not sure it will be worth the extra on top of losing the state incentives.

Anyone else in NJ? what are you guys doing
