Problem with changing outfits

Hello! Since when i downloaded the new patch, that was released earlier today, i’m having problem when i change the outfit of my sims. I change to the daily outfit and it doesn’t work! I thought that the problem was MCCC, so i deleted it from my mods folder, but the problem still. is someone else having this problem too?
