[hiring] Part-time PHP + Javascript mad scientist needed for world domination conquest

Well.. Not really world domination. I'm making a market research tool similar to askyourtargetmarket.com - only better (of course). The project is at 90% completion through people hired on Odesk, but had to let them go after being forcefully penetrated from the rear on a regular basis by them. I'm a nice guy, and trust others to be the same - which apparently isn't a good thing when hiring freelancers from Odesk. I ended up paying them 5x the amount originally agreed upon, and have caught them straight up lying several times on what was done. So I need someone who is willing to do work on a fixed price basis. I make the specs for a small amount of work - we agree on what they mean, and agree on a price and move forward. If unexpected issues occur we can of course renegotiate the price, and there won't be any feature-creep without due payment.

Your skills:

• Ability to pull off an acceptable evil laugh (MUAHAHAHAHA)

• Wizard-level PHP 5.x

• Javascript Demi-god (full-blown god/goddess also acceptable)

• Black Belt in RESTful web-services

• Unable to forcefully penetrate employer
