Govt says tender for award of contract to Chinese firm STEC for Delhi Meerut Regional Rapid transit System project is under process & NOT YET finalised.

Adds & this is IMP: ADB/World Bank/multi-lateral procurement guidelines do not allow discrimination among firms/countries.
