New RTD Berry tastes different - is this "new" flavor here to stay?

I've been drinking the RTD Berry for the last 6 months, and the batch I got a few days ago (with a "new" box - the top of the box opens differently), tastes noticeably different.

Is this the new taste going forward?

Same. I voiced the same concern, it’s much chaulkier, not terrible, but not enjoyable. I don’t think I want to order more if it’s going to taste like this.

Here’s what they told me.

Thank you for getting in touch.

Huel Ready-to-drink is a pretty complicated product with a unique recipe so this is an excellent question!

Due to the production taking place in a new environment, it is likely you’ll pick up on some slight changes.

We’ve also tried to match the taste of the original RTD that everyone knew and loved as much as possible, and even though taste is super subjective, we are confident the new RTD tastes delicious.

If you do not find it like you wish to we can issue an exchange for another RTD flavor if you wish?

Yeah. Same answer I got. I’m ok with it now after a few bottles, and would probably just stick with it, since really I’m out of options, and I guess it’s not that bad. But I agree with your assessment of the taste. Not too happy about it but in my situation at least, i don’t have a lot of choices.... i really, really liked the old Berry RTD though....
