Unfortunately its not curable, kind of... it really depends whats causing the Anosmia, sometimes there are treatments that can help but in my case its not.
And it does effect my taste! I can taste the 5 main tastes that are apart of your tongue but thats it. Basically means alot of things will taste the same to me like pears and apples and stuff!
