Some dlcs are odd on ps4 and if you can't find em in the rb store check the playstation store. It always works from there for me.

If you buy some songs for the PS series you get the PS3 version, but have to go back to the store and buy the PS4 version for free to get it into your PS4 library. Haven't figured out a rhyme or reason, but eventually you get both.

I recently purchased The Best by Foo Fighters on my PS4 for Rock Band 4, but after I purchased it it wasn't available to download anywhere. I checked my DLC library and it only existed as a piece of DLC for PS3 versions of Rock band with no option to install to my PS4. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there might be a solution to it.

Update: checked the PS Store and found the download for it on PS4. Thanks for the tips!

Not seeing a song as available to download after purchase.
