Recently Began Having Bloody stools

NSFW

Hi, Im 20M, 5'6 and 130 Lbs

For the past month I've been having bloody stools of the bright red variety. My diet wasn't the greatest and I was working night shift, which really negatively affected my sleep schedule, but I've since added a lot more fiber to my diet and began drinking a lot more water. I've also quit the night shift job and have been getting more regular sleep. I'm a bit worried since I don't really experience and stomach pains or pains coming from my bowels, as well as not experiencing any constipation. I have always sat down to do my business so I thought it may be hemorrhoids, but the lack of pain rules that out I think. I have been experiencing bouts of dizziness lately, but I think that's more related to hydration than anything. The bleeding has gotten worse lately where the blood seems a lot more saturated when I go to the bathroom. I was wondering if I could get an opinion on what this could be and what the next steps I could take on this.

Will reply with any other questions in case I didn't have enough info

Internal hemorrhoids do not hurt.

bouts of dizziness lately

you should see your doctor sooner rather than later and probably get a blood count to see if this bleeding has led to anemia.

in the meantime, would suggest taking an iron supplement
