Questions about building TRS 3.5mm to dual xlr.

Hey y'all. I'm brand new to building cable. I'm currently waiting on everything to arrive so I can start.

I am an audio engineer and use laptop/phone/ipad etc to provide house music and of other needs. The first cable I plan to build is a 3.5mm trs to 2 xlr's to keep stereo. I also want t make this same cable but with 1/4" TS so I have a variety depending on console.

I'll be using canare L-4E5c,and L-4E6s with an amphenol 3.5 and neutrik XLR's.

I know that XLR 1 wires to sleeve, 2 to pin and 3 to ring, but for some reason can't wrap my head around making the split and keeping stereo.
