Neighbour is mowing their nature strip and not wearing a mask. Is this breaking the rules?

Whats the number for the army? I don't trust the police because of a story I read on facebook once.

There isn't a number, but if you go around pissing enough people off then you'll get 6 stars and they'll send out a tank.

Yes you can get Covid-19 from grass clippings, your neighbour would have to cough and sneeze on them first, then there's the 7 second rule. You'd have to eat them within 7 seconds to get Covid-19, after that the dog urine will sterilise the virus. A glass full of dog urine a day keeps the virus away.
