Sudden anxiety

22M 6’2 215lb Hispanic. Recently I’ve gotten out of a toxic relationship and I’d reckon this is what’s triggering it. Throughout the day everyday since the end of said relationship I’ve been getting really bad anxiety and I’ve never gotten it in my life before. It’s gets bad to the point I’ve just been staying home because I get these panic attacks where it feels like I can’t breathe. It’s becoming hard to just do day to day things. Any recommendations on how to manage this? Should I go to a psychiatrist?

A psychiatrist will prescribe medications and recommend a therapist. A therapist can help you manage these episodes on a conscious level. Medication can help too, I prefer buspirone over Xanax as Xanax is highly addictive.
