I've said it a lot of times - Battleye is noting more than a scam for every game developer that contracts with them.
Their programmers are simply incompetents. Game developers get f-ed because they pay for a service that ISN'T actually provided up to expected standards and honest gamers get f-ed because cheaters infest their games be it EFT or any other game.
In my opinion game dev. companies if they have the resources need to stop paying companies like Battleye and instead they should hire their own people. People like the guys who posted on that blog.

LUL, game is good, if this is true BE is pure garbage.... no wonder hacking is rampant in Tarkov while game keeps balanced around RMT. I guess Nikita knows it does nothing so he does what he can with game it self...

It is not usable in the way it was billed to the Linux gaming community: rather than enabling Battleeye under Wine (which is what the Linux gaming community need), this bypasses BattleEye completely.
Ultimately, it is a cheating tool rather than a compatibility tool.
I was trying to point out, as you did, that it is more of a cheating tool. That is why I don't see the point of posting it here. The link explained well what is going on even if it was talking about linux ^^
I think it's good that BSG know that there is a cheating tool like this so they can at least be aware. I'm glad it was posted here. And hopefully it spurs them (BattlEye) to make a legit version to support linux users.
What do you mean by not usable? It is definitely usable. It's cheating. But even what you linked says it is usable but that you shouldn't because it's cheating and bad for the platform.
I have thought about the possible linux usage in a non-cheating environment. The point was that if you don't want to cheat this is not usable.
