Looking to rent in upper queen anne, getting desperate

My wife and I's lease in uqa is ending soon and in no way fo we want to stay with them (pacific crest management). Last year there were a bunch of town homes and condos for rent, but there isn't anything now... Does anyone know of a rental? Looking in the 1400-2000 range.
