A question about rigs on my Tengu

I bought my very first t3 ship, the sweet Tengu. I'm planning on using it for nullsec exploration, ane have been doing some reading and testing (just looking at the resulting stats) of different fits.

There's something i don't understand about the rigs though: i see a lot of fits using Capacitor Control Circuits and nearly none with Semiconductor Memory Cells, even though he SMCs seem to give my cap a longer runtime than the CCCs.

Am I overlooking something?

Med Analyzer Codebreaker Y-S8 Afterburner Invulnerability Field II Gist C-Type Large Shield Booster Shield Boost Amplifier II

Low 3x Ballistic Control Unit (will change to Caldari Navy in the future)

As i said i want to be able to do solo exploration with it; hacking and archeology. I will do salvagingsites as well, but that will be done with my cloaky SB (4 salvagers) who will scout my Tengu around as well.

Comments on my fit are much appreciated as well, right now the only thing i'm unsure about is how to fill in the three mids i have left for shieldtanking (analyzer+codebreaker+AB are there to stay)
