105 degrees weather causes my air conditioner to stop cooling. When calling to get it fixed I'm asked if this is a "life threatening situation". I say "yes" of course having no air is life threatening. I then get told "Great, we'll have someone there as soon as possible. We will send someone to fix it in 4 days. FUCK
