Need to buy nice branded watch under 125$..

I live in the bay area, Ca, need to buy a good watch for my 30 y'old brother works as manager within 125$ and a simple digital/ ana digi watch for myself within 70$ for work mostly. Watche-ers can you please tell me a good place (mall/shop etc) where I can check out a good collection and get a good price.
