I think my ps3 just broke :(

I have one of the original 60 gigs. Never had any problems. Fan was a bit loud but whatever I live in Arizona and AC is expensive. Its not crazy hot inside but probably 80 to 82 degrees. I would prefer 60 but that costs way too much.

OK so to the problem. I am playing some Read Dead Redemption when the fan gets a bit louder than normal and all of a sudden the ps3 turns off. I am now stuck with a flashing red light. PS3 will turn on for a second then shut off again. Game is stuck inside and I feel I will likely be told it is broken and I am out of luck. This sucks I don't have 300 for a new ps3 slim either. Guess I will be stuck with Starcraft 2 for a while.
