Keeper Leagues: Keep or Drop Players That Are Out For The Year

So I'm the first year of a H2H 14 Team Keeper League. It hasn't been determined yet, but it seems that we will be able to keep up to 12 players. I have Buster Posey and just noticed Adam Wainwright is available.

Does it make sense to pick up Wainwright and have him and Buster clog up 2 of my 3 DL spots for the rest of the season hoping they come back strong next year?

Since it's a deep league I'm thinking this makes sense, even if I have to have a guy on the DL sitting on the bench.
