Would somebody mind explaining the difference between these G. Skill 8GB RAM/i5-2500k combos?

They're all pretty similar, but two of them say they're designed for the P67 Mobo. The only difference I could notice was the Cas latency between those particular two. Is there anything else that matters, aside from color? Which one is the best, if there is one?
