Upgrading from sneakers to 'adult' shoes. How'd I do?

Sorry for another shoe post :-(

I've been a lurker here for a few months getting ideas and learning and have started updating my wardrobe. Work recently started a dress code so we went from jeans/tshirts to business casual.

I decided to take advantage of some sales this past weekend and picked up the following shoes on sale. I was able to get all three pairs for $90. As someone who only recently has had to venture into that grey area between casual and formal I of course seek the approval of the hivemind.

I'll be doing a similar run in the next month or two with black shoes so any suggestions would be helpful.

EDIT: The 'slip-on' boat shoes weren't a work purchase, just a have something other than sneakers or boots to wear about and be lazy about tying laces. The middle pair are intended for the 'casual' days and to have something with similar functionality/comfort of a sneaker but looking better. The saddle shoes are a leap for me, as I tend to stay away from anything flashy or too 'out there'. Hence the more conservative styling.

I typically wear chinos/khakis/slacks with dress shirts. A tie and sports coat if I have a meeting.
