I will be healing BoT for the first time today on my Holy Paladin. I really could use some protips from the other healers out there.

Title says it all. I am a 351 Holy pally and I want some tips for reg BoT. I did BWD the other night and did pretty good but I'm a little more nervous for BoT. The group has downed Cho'gall only once and I need to make a good impression. So, any tips how to best heal BoT (trash and boss fights) would be amazing.
