Reddit please help me. My name/address/phone number is being posted at random forums accusing me of being a rapist/woman beater. Some of the webmasters refuse to remove the information. Can I sue them?

Someone someone got my information because I trolled him hard by making an Fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu comic about him in one of the forums and he somehow hacked my email? and now went around to about 5 different forums (vBulletin type) and is spreading false rumours about me and my family, included my parents names in the posts and my house number.. and now my parents are getting non stop phone calls...

Is there anyone that can help me please... I can give you links to show you I am not lying.. and is there a way I can counter troll the man on the forums and get his information some how?
