I seriously need help with my iPod Touch 4. I lost my backup and there's more problems. D:

When I formatted my hard drive, as the idiot I am, I forgot to backup my iPod Touch backup for iTunes. So I jailbroke my iPod so I can stream/download full movies directly, get paid apps, and all those other goodies. I don't use iTunes anymore because if I sync, it will erase everything. I used CopyTrans to manage my music and add more music. When I delete a song, it still shows in my library (but skips it). And it's annoying to see that clutter. What's even worse, that it sorted all my artists, albums, and songs under 1 letter category. (With slight OCD, this drives me INSANE.) I tried editing the song info, but no good.

Now is there a FREE way so I can create a back-up out of what I have on my iPod or transfer all my stuff (videos, apps, music) into iTunes safely?

Or, any way I can completely erase my music from inside my iTouch (nothing else!) so I can start clean in adding music?

I will love you forever if you help a guy out.
