taskmanager/todo list w/ nested tasks?

I've been using astrid for a while but i miss nested tasks kind of like how google tasks has where one project task can have multiple subtasks.
I also like astrids repeating tasks and reminders and such
What do you guys use?
also i dont have a data plan atm which is a bummer but lets hear the web based ones too
