Roth IRA Taxes

I started a Roth IRA this year after I had filed for 2010 taxes. I contributed the max for 2010 when I started it and received a tax form 5498 (in may). Do I need to file some sort of addendum or amendment for 2010, or can I just file it when I do my 2011 taxes next year?
