Help finding a good credit card

I am a financially responsible individual looking for a good credit card. I have used a debit card for the last 10 years or so, and much to my dismay, this really isn't really building up my credit score. Also, I hear from my friends that they earn points on theirs that are good for free bonuses. Since I would be using this responsibly (paying off the entire balance at the end of the month, every month), I might as well get some of these bonuses.

Is there a good site for comparing credit cards? Really, I am only looking for something that charges zero annual fee and gives some bonus/cash back option.
