M.2 WiFi on ASRock x570m?

Hi everyone. I recently built my first pc using the ASRock x570m Pro4 motherboard. I am now trying to add WiFi and Bluetooth to it. There is a dedicated M.2 WiFi (Key E) slot on motherboard. If I plug in a WiFi card there, will it work, or do I also need to but antennas? Alternatively, should I just buy PCI WiFi card? Link below to the motherboard. Thanks in advance!

Its hard to find bluetooth for PCs. I suggest going for a 15$ wifi card from TPlink.

Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) Desktop Kit (AX200.NGWG.NV) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085M7VPDP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_J9rdFb74R9YWV

I bought this m.2 and I have the x570 pro4 (non-m version). Works perfectly fine and came with card and antennas.
