Searching for people who are already in custody seems to be a consistent failing. Here, deputies served a warrant for someone they’d already arrested 50 miles away.

She had no warrant for HER arrest, but she was ordered out of the shower and denied the opportunity to dress. The officers restrained her and dragged naked through her apartment building and out onto the lawn...

The deputies were ALL MALE. Not only did they touch her inappropriately, they also “searched” her ... in the nude. Her brother’s warrant was for assault, and the arrest is described as “fruitless,” as the charges were quickly dropped.

This is a public gang rape.

I agree while good ones exist they hardly do anything to be fair maybe they realize how many shitheads there are in law enforcement so they most likely dont bother which is just as bad.

Or they're scared. (If they're not corrupted by the process.) The ones that do try to do the right thing often have their lives destroyed. And honestly, there's no telling how many times they're "removed" from the ability to do the right thing. They're worse than the mob.

Excuse me, why did they need to "search" a naked woman?? What the hell would they be looking for? And even if they did have to, why wouldn't they at least have a female officer do this?

There absolutely should be consequences for forcing a naked woman outside, cuffing her, and dragging her across the yard in full view of the general public. Isn't being naked in public a crime? I guess it's okay if the police drag someone out and parade them around naked? Fuckin disgusting, I guarantee these male officers were enjoying themselves and the total humiliation they were inflicting on this poor woman.

Christ that is cruel. Doesn't this count as cruel and unusual punishment? If she isn't who they were searching for, why the hell did they need to search her naked body? Could she have been hiding the individual they were looking for in her vagina? And do that have a right to check? Insane. That is all insane.

She was naked and “visibly bleeding from her menstrual cycle” as she was walked in front of her neighbors. That is so fucked man what the hell.
