Soreness at the base after hanging?
The base of my penis is slightly sore after the last few days of hanging, not too bad but I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with this? Is it good or bad?

No problem with that - just use common sense. Stop and change if it starts hurting. *Slight* soreness is a good thing.

Same here, I believe it’s a good sign. But if it’s starting to become painful, you should take a day off
