“Overpayment”

I woke up this morning and suddenly my account is saying I have to pay back every cent of unemployment that I was paid since I was laid off due to COVID mid-March. I don’t have that money as I’ve been, you know, paying rent and buying food and trying to stay alive. I have no clue why they would suddenly demand all that money back as I qualify and have been filling out my weekly claims correctly. I need to get ahold of someone to figure out what the hell is going on but all the phone lines are shut down and I’m trying not to panic. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions on how to get through to them and get this fixed ?
