How do you elect RadSocs in Greece?
Going by what I found online you're supposed to let the monarchy win in the referendum and then they should become available in the 38 election.
That being said one of the requirements for the referendum is that the 38 election has happened. Am I missing something here or is this bugged?

Think they are electable in the elections that happen afterwards as well.
