The podcast is like 10mins of ads. Andrew takes his sweet time to read them as slow as humanely possible even extending them with jokes.

Don’t really know what to tell you lol. The ads at the end of the day help support the podcast, I personally think that the jokes help, because it’s not like it’s being directly read off of a script. If you can’t handle a few ads for a FREE PODCAST, find something else to listen to.

Where do you normally listen to the eps? You get a private RSS feed link when you become a Patreon member that you can add to your normal podcast app and download eps like normal.

Im pretty sure ads require you to talk about their product for more than 5 seconds. Have you seen any other youtuber advertise a product?

I'm comparing the ads from the same company on different podcasts and the official boys talk about it far longer and even interject their own shit into the ad. Most other podcasts don't do this, they just go over the lines and its much shorter.

It’s pretty reasonable to assume that most companies would expect more than the bare minimum from the people they’re paying to sell their product. And even if not, I also doubt that the boys themselves would feel comfortable giving the shaft to the people that allow them to make a decent living doing something they like. IIRC, they’ve talked at least once before about how they always hate when other podcasts do lazy and uninspired ads. They won’t be changing anytime soon, and they shouldn’t, either.

what differentiates the official podcast's ads and make them so great and inspiring when you just have to listen to andrew wheeze out itsss FREEEE!! I like it when they do an interesting ad and integrate it into the chit chat of the show but that is not what they are currently doing
