What equipment should I put on my Luchs?

I love Luchs, and It's a tank that I kept and didn't sell once I researched leopard. I want to try to play really good in my Luchs, and improve my win rate, rating, and mastery. Now that equipment is cheaper, I'm going to buy three equipments for my Luchs. What should I get?

People suggesting you drop binos are either assuming you run food (and enjoy a good catamaran regatta in the summer before heading to Telluride when the slopes open) or they are forgetting how insanely blind tier IV tanks are.

BTW did it get nerfed? Because now it has only 8 shells in a clip.
