Question about harvest crafting
Mod requires lvl82, my item is lvl84. Can this mod be crafted by seed lvl80 ?

Asking because I wanted to craft Warlord's amulet ilvl 85 and I have already rolled lower tier mod penetration like 7 times a row, which is super annoying as it is 50% chance... (but not impossible)

Seeds need to be at least ilvl 76+ to craft on 83+ Bases. So yes, you can Craft with a seed ilvl80.

This is not accurate. Seeds need to be within 10 ilvl of the base youre crafting in, capping at ilvl 76 seeds that can craft on anything because any base i86 and up is treated as i86 because there are no mods that require more than i86.
Also to clarify, seed level dictates what ilvl of base you can craft on. It doesnt limit the mods available to you on that base.

76+ seeds can craft on anything. The minimum seed level to craft on your 84 item would be 74.
