I passed the SHRM-CP!

I got a prelim pass today right after my exam!

Overall I studied pretty lightly for the exam a few hours a week, and spent about 4-5 months studying. Quizlet I felt was a great help. During the exam I did feel a bit discouraged as the questions seemed pretty difficult.

I have going on 5 years in Recruiting, with some HR - so my experience with actual HR was quite limited. My goal is to get into HR Mgmt or TA Mgmt.
