Whenever I see a player like this I believe it is almost purposeful with their ping being that high.

Worst thing is I was just heading to the boat after a teammate died and I’d avenged him and looted the guy. I was running igolnik, this scavgod tanked it to the head
There was a big thread a few days ago about a twitch streamer who put a black box over his high ping indicator. From his victim's perspective, you couldn't even see the dude.

This is not a ping limit issue, this is a desync issue. If the ping is high but stable they should still move smoothly, this janky shit probably have to do with packet loss, the server shitting itself or some similar shit.
