Why isn't Yone scheduled for nerfs
He's above the automatic nerf threshold due to his ban rate yet he seems to be missing from yetters list on twitter.

They already gave him some light nerfs this patch.
Which were clearly not enough
I have only lost lane to a yone once. Granted I only laned against him like 5 times but... I don’t get everyone’s problems with him
Yasuo 2.0 won't be at worlds so he's allowed to be op
Touching new champions that fast isn’t a good idea simply because collecting more data is better than collecting less data. And it’s not like yone is a huge issue at all.
How the fuck is a 60% ban rate NOT and issue?
He’s new, people ban champions just for being new. He’s also like yasuo, so more people will just never see him cause they always ban him.
Time needs to pass to gather relevant amounts of data.

Pretty sure the fact that he's a new champ and just got nerfed means they wouldn't just nerf him back to back in consecutive patches. They tend not to do the same type of change two patches in a row since a stat like ban rate can take a bit to adjust.
If his ban rate stays this massive, he might get nerfed again because of it. But if it lowers in high elo, where they are more likely to ban him less if he's not actually OP, then it's unlikely he'd get nerfed since his win rate isn't out of line.
Becouse riot takes time to know why is he strong and viable ways to nerf him without guting him top as well
He just got nerfed
Because even though he's popular and has a high banrate, his winrate is sub 50% till you start looking at bronze and lower.
And even in terms of popularity, he isn't in the top 5. Combine that with how new he is, and you realize that it's too soon to be looking to heavily nerf him.

I understand all of the reasons why he's OP my question is why riot learned nothing from the Aphelios disaster and why don't they just get out the giant nerf bat and fix him already?
Common sense would tend to dictate you need to give a new champ time to settle because they'll have a massive banrate no matter what right after their release. Look at Fiddle before the buffs.
Or voli.
