Folded Space - Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the Folded Space insert for Architects of the West Kingdom and had to wait over 3 weeks for shipping (due to overseas shipping/COVID-19 delays). I was really excited to set up my first insert, but when it finally came in it had been damaged in transit (despite the very impressive packaging). I emailed them and they sent me a replacement almost immediately, no questions asked. It arrived today in perfect condition!

I'm excited to have my setup time shortened significantly for this awesome game, and wanted to give a shoutout to Folded Space for sending a quick replacement even when they really didn't have to!

Yea, they’re pretty incredible. I ordered an insert with the latest KS discount and it got lost in the mail. They responded right away to my inquiries and, after a short investigation, just mailed me a new one at no cost.

I have built my first insert from Folded Space recently and I had a positive experience. I would definitely look to them again as a cheaper and lighter alternative to wooden inserts.

I put together my insert tonight and it took like 15 minutes from start to finish. Super simple!

They’re fantastic. They had a website problem which put through the wrong order. I’d already bought the one I got. They asked me to give the insert to someone who would appreciate it and sent me the correct one for free. I’ve got about 8 of their inserts now. Great game product, reasonable price and amazing service.

Takes a little bit of getting used to for assembly (patience and time), but they're awesome inserts for a super affordable price.

Wish I could get these in the US. Every place I have looked doesnt have them so I have to order from overseas.

Within the last... 3-4 months I think? It's hard to judge time these days after working from home for the past six-eight months :P

Much cheaper to ship than wooden inserts though.

My FLGS can order them from his distributor. I picked up 4-5 of them during lockdowns to try to help keep him afloat.
