I eat mostly lean protein and workout 5 times/week. Mostly weights and walking/hiking. Just started basketball again 3 weeks ago.

I eat about 2k Cal/day. I cheat twice a week on the quality of meals but still eat omad 6 days a week. Some days I'm eating steamed fish and brown rice with grilled veggies, and some days I just eat a 1 pound bacon cheeseburger. As long as I don't go over 2.3k/day in calories, I seem to keep losing

Complete with dad jokes! I'm also in the r/loseitnarwhals and the thirsty comments are hilarious. But seriously, good job, and I agree once you get in an IF flow it's pretty easy. I get congrats like I birthed a child, I have to keep explaining it's not will power, just a schedule and consistency over time.

I'm actually enjoying the comments lol. I haven't posted myself in a long time, and it's nice to hear compliments. I was fat for like a year prior to the first pic and it had been like well over 2.5 years since I felt confident. So this is making me feel good

Thank you! But I don't have any motivation lol. It's just discipline. Motivation comes and goes, and I am NGL I would rather be eating like shit and drinking 6 beers on the couch. I'm not motivated at all. I have yet to get ready for a workout and think, "oh, this'll be fun."

Discipline is where it's at. Don't think about it. Don't get pumped up for it. Don't get motivated. Just get the fuck up and do it. I have a ways to go, but it is working for me.
