Science of Sharp Review

I just sat down and spent some quality time reading all this guy’s articles and I have to say I’m completely blown away. I’m no slouch at sharpening knives but I the information that he shared is going to take me to the next level. If you want a much deeper understanding of how those last few microns of steel are being affected by different techniques, definitely check it out. It’s amazing how many misconceptions there are in our world of sharpening, be careful who you listen to I see misinformation all over the internet.
