I said oxy but I feel like if I got the morphone I would have a little bit of a different opinion.

I’ve had oxymorphone and it’s nice very sedating and lasts a long ass time but I like oxy better it’s more euphoric imo

Codeine makes me far too itchy and sickly

i hope this isnt considered sourcing but ive found it at japanese skin care places in the us that my girlfriend takes me to. they add a bunch of caffeine to make it not super abusable tho

Honestly, nothing beats oxycodone, not even pure heroin, for me at least. I've had heroin that came directly from south east asia, in the 80-90% purity range (lab tested), and it was fantastic, but I still prefer oxycodone. Oxycodone is energizing to me, and my favorite opiate to take on a day to day basis.
Heroin comes in second place. I feel like H is more euphoric than oxycodone - but it has to be GOOD H. Its also far more sedating and lazy to me, which is great for SOME days, but not overall.
Next comes Oxymorphone (Opana). This one to me is uniquely euphoric in its own special way, that is hard to explain. Its like a noddy happy dopey feeling that is really nice.
I guess in 4th place would be Hydromorphone (dilaudid). Not bad stuff, and definitely strong, but doesn't come close to the top 3 I mentioned above.
Then would be kratom. Its a unique substance that is also great on a daily basis. There are different strains too, some more sedating, some more energizing. Good stuff.
Finally, tramadol. Tramadol is hit or miss for people - it all depends on how your body metabolizes it. For me personally, tramadol is FAR stronger than hydrocodone. I can use tramadol to eliminate withdrawals from a moderate H or Oxy habit easily. The high is the most energizing, but the least euphoric IMO.
Any other opiates I either haven't tried, or they are garbage IMO. My least favorite opiates are fentanyl and fent analogues, hydrocodone, and codeine. All garbage to me.

Yeah. I feel like peeps didn’t sneeze opanas 6-7 years ago like I did. Maybe my nostalgic brain is leading me astray, but I remember that being the pinnacle
