How did the Lanteans return to Earth after the war with the Wraith if the only gate there was buried after Ra? I assume they went through the Beta Gate, but that’s in Antarctica. Since Antarctica is isolated in the South, this would imply that there is much more Ancient technology hidden in Earth besides the Antarctic outpost and whatever that think in England was.

They would’ve returned through the Antarctic gate, which hadn’t yet been buried under the ice. Ra found Earth around the same time the Ancients abandoned Atlantis. Probably some time after, since he thought there wasn’t a Stargate there, and my head-canon is the Ancients programmed the Antarctic DHD to reject incoming wormholes the same way they set Atlantis to only accept a wormhole from Earth when they left, or the Tau’ri closed off the Icarus Stargate from incoming connections.
As for how the Ancients got around, there were probably a few Puddle Jumpers around, perhaps a network of Ring Transporters and, if worse came to worse, they were physically durable and long-lived, they could simply have walked and boated around the word. The Ancient influence we know about on modern Earth culture is all from thousands of years later (Oma Desala, Merlin, Morgan Le Fey), they were in no rush. They’d probably lay low, in fact, once the Goa’uld started streaming in to lay claim to the planet after Ra arrived.
Actually, something far more ambiguous I’d like some clarification on is if King Arthur was ever actually on Earth. If not, how did his legend get back to Earth, if so, how did he get off-world? Even if the Antarctic gate was still passable to those in the know, getting from England to the far side of Antarctica in the year 500 is no easy ask, even with a couple of Ascended buddies.
Gate was buried in the Antarctic ice several million years ago. It was already getting cold when the Ancients took Atlantis to the Pegasus. Historically it was about 15 million years ago that Antarctica began to get covered in ice.
King Arthur was never on Earth at least noone said He was. He was rulling on Camelot. Maybe Morgan or some other Ancient returned to Earth to tell the story

Very likely. Just because we didn't see it doesn't mean it isn't still there.
They returned in 8000 BCE. That's about 3000-4000 years before Ra came to earth.
