drawtext expression need help

Hi all,

I am using ffmpeg for compiling timelapse from .jpg images with deflicker and drawtext filter(add metadata datetime as overlay) command like this:

ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i ./temp_1716.txt -vf "drawtext=fontfile=/usr/share/fonts/truetype/dejavu/DejaVuSerif-Bold.ttf: text='%{metadata:DateTime}': x=w-100-tw : y=h-50-th : box=0 : fontsize=48, deflicker=s=10:m=am, tmix=frames=4:weights='1 1 1 1'" -framerate 25 -pix_fmt yuv420p -c:v libx264 -preset medium -crf 32 -qp 1 -y ./temp_1716.mp4

It works well, but I have a lot of cameras in different time zones. All cameras are configured to UTC+0 timezone so DateTimeOriginal, DateTimeDigitized and DateTime has same time(UTC+0), but I want to get localtime of jpg files. I have camera timezone offsets as external variables. Can I use timezone offset as expression with {metadata:DateTime} in drawtext filter?
