I tried reaching out in the help section on the app/website and texted them multiple times on Facebook and nobody is replying. The application withdrew about 50 LE over a month ago and I cannot do anything about it.

I found uber very difficult customer service wise . A friend of mine forgot his house keys in a uber and was locked out of his house . He tried for hours to contact anyone so that he can get a hold of the driver but no luck . He was very lucky that the uber found the keys and by sheer luck my friend was the last ride of his day . So he went back to his address and gave the bawab the key .
Try contacting the bank and have screenshots of your uber rides that were real . So that it can be proof that the 50 that was taken was not on a legit ride
You can contact your bank and file a fraud report they should be able to give you your money back a friend did it for uber eats before
