So I have these pores on my face next to each sides of my nose that create these tiny bumps you can feel and see that fill up every day. I have an extractor tool and even a pore vacuum sucker and they come out when I squeeze or extract them but regardless of what I do they fill back up hours later and it’s an every day battle. I use a salicylic acid cleanser so I’m not sure what else I can do about them clogging up but that and the blind pimples and cysts I get on my cheeks and chin are killing me. Please help. Some are tiny skin colored but most have a tiny black dot inside, I figured they were blackheads but why do they fill up within hours? They’re impossible to get rid of.
